We stayed here as a stopover on our way to Nashville. Location was great, 15 min to downtown Louisville. Room was clean and spacious, it accommodated my family of 5 and we did not feel like we were on top of each other. Breakfast was good, it had something for everyone, if you're looking for something more than the standard breakfast stuff then chances are you'll be disappointed but it was perfect for us. The pool was good, it had a shower and bathroom which was a nice touch, just be careful if you're wearing flip flops it's extremely slippery. The staff were super nice and very accommodating . No complaints on our end!
We have stayed numerous times! We always stay at this hotel when we visit family! The staff are amazing, they are helpful, and friendly! We have never had a bad experience! It is always clean and well kept. The breakfast is great!
All good. Rooms have large windows. Beds have quality sheets & covers. Shower is one of the best in the business. Microwave is at eye level. Mini fridge with freezer. Wi-Fi speed test measured 9.4 Mbps for both upload & download. Room has a table top island for work space with decent chair. Parking is good, plenty of spots. Breakfast very good.
My family and I had an exceptional stay, and it’s clear the manager’s (David) leadership and focus on customer service and relationships set the tone for everything. The team was exceptional as well, and followed through with genuine care and attention, making every interaction feel thoughtful and unhurried. This was truly an ‘above-and-beyond’ experience, and we left feeling appreciated and will definitely return for future visits. Highly recommend.
Stay there for work about 4 times a year. Breakfast is pretty good, you can find things you like due to good options. Service is good I have only had one person that wasn't great and for a hotel in my option that is amazing!
It was excellent , beautiful inside and out. Staff was very friendly. .Both the bed and couch were very comfortable, slept great on the bed. Only thing is the water pressure was not strong enough. Did get get clean HOT enough. Enjoyed my time there. Thank you.
Excellent stay. Clean ,well maintained,helpful friendly staff . The breakfast was hot and delicious ( the best I’ve had at a Hyatt) the woman working in the breakfast area was so friendly and helpful. I wish I had her name to call her out. Well done !!!
Fabulous location--close to great shopping, a wide selection of restaurants, and our dentist. The room was clean, spacious, quiet, and comfortable. The shower had unbelievable water pressure. Breakfast was phenomenal. The coffee was delicious, the made-to-order omelets were superb, and the sweet potato tater tots were so tasty. We are looking for an excuse to stay here again. All staff members we encountered were professional, courteous, and efficient.
